These terms explain the rules for using the Lelize Bass Pier website and its game. Please read them before you play.
Accepting these terms
By opening or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site. We may update the terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new text.
Entertainment only, not gambling
Lelize Bass Pier is a free game made purely for entertainment. It does not offer, facilitate or promote gambling for real money, and nothing on the site involves stakes, deposits, bets or payouts.
The wheel and charms have no value
The lantern wheel grants one in-game charm per browser session. Charms only change how the game plays on your device. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed and have no monetary or real-world value.
Scores, shells and hearts
Shells, points, hearts and best scores exist only inside the game and are stored in your browser. They are not prizes, cannot be cashed out or traded and may disappear if you clear your browser data.
Age requirement: 19+
The site is intended only for adults aged 19 or older. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are at or above the legal gambling age where you live, even though no gambling takes place here.
No prediction of real-world success
Doing well here depends on in-game strategy and on chance inside a simulation. It does not predict, teach or improve results in real-money gambling or any other activity.
Fair use
Please use the site lawfully and considerately. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, probe it for weaknesses, copy it at scale, automate traffic or misuse our contact addresses.
Intellectual property
The game, artwork, text, code and the Lelize Bass Pier name and design belong to GAMPROTECT LTD or its licensors. You may play for personal enjoyment but may not reuse these materials without written permission.
Availability
The site is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or remove any part of it without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GAMPROTECT LTD is not liable for indirect losses or for any loss of in-game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
